The work environment is autonomous, and members are expected to show extreme initiative and an ability to meet outcomes and intent with minimal direction. 

Superintendent, Wing, Phoenix Spark (SNCO, full-time). We are amenable to working with Commanders on special requests as well (e.g., flexible in-place start dates, etc.). Spark personnel will maintain all requirements of their CAFSC, to include all currencies, training requirements, and Air Force requirements.
